Dear Congregants and Friends:

Yizkor is the time when we remember those who are no longer with us by pledging charity to honor their memory and elevate their souls. This year, the First Congregation Sons of Israel will be publishing a Program of Remembrance for Yom Kippur in which names of departed friends, relatives, and pets may be listed.

The Program of Remembrance will contain the Yizkor prayers in both Hebrew and English as well as the names of your loved ones being memorialized with a special section for the pets we’ve loved and lost. The names of your relatives will also be read aloud from the bima during our Yizkor service. Pets will have their names listed in the program only, names will not be read from the bima.

To have your loved one’s names printed in this year’s program and read aloud from the bima, please click the total number of names you would like included and click CHECKOUT. On the next screen, please complete the form and click CHECKOUT again. You will then be prompted for payment.

The deadline to submit names is Thursday, September 25 in order to allow enough time to print before Yom Kippur services.

May the memories of our loved ones be with us forever.

Price per name: $18.00
